General Terms and Conditions

Scope

These terms apply to consulting and related services supplied by SH Poslovno savjetovanje d.o.o. The service scope, timetable, fee and payment terms are set out in an individual written offer, contract or accepted order.

Services and fees

Services are intellectual and advisory in nature. Fees, VAT and any expenses are agreed in writing before work begins. Recommendations support decision-making; business decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

Confidentiality and rights

Each party keeps the other party’s non-public commercial, financial and operational information confidential. Materials prepared for a client are intended for the agreed purpose; the scope of use is governed by the offer or contract.

Governing law

Croatian law applies. Parties will first seek an amicable resolution; otherwise, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Rijeka where permitted by applicable law.
