Data, purposes and legal bases

When contacting us through the form, email or telephone, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, telephone number and enquiry. We use this data to reply, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and provide agreed services. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in managing business communications.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process data only on our instructions and under contractual data-protection obligations. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form. With your consent, we use Cookiebot, Google Analytics and, where enabled, Google Ads measurement. These providers may process data outside the EEA using applicable safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

Necessary cookies support website operation and form protection. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after consent through the Cookiebot banner. You can withdraw or change consent in your browser cookie settings or by reopening Cookiebot settings.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept during correspondence and for no longer than 12 months after it ends. Contract, invoice and statutory records are retained for periods required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely through automated processing of personal data.
